Coatings Specialist

Job Description: As a Painter I at G&W Electric Company, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying various coatings to achieve high-quality primer finishes using paint booths and spray equipment. This role requires working in a 2nd shift position (2pm-10:30pm) with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds and continuous standing and walking.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of work experience and skill development. Ideally, you should have 0-1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment, be able to safely use small hand and power tools, and operate paint equipment. Basic computer skills and the ability to read instructions and understand verbal instructions in English are also essential.
