We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Unit at Abrazo Scottsdale Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients with orthopedic conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Coordinate care planning with other disciplines, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Act as a supervisor and delegate tasks to other healthcare employees as needed.
- Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.
- May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervise other members of the healthcare team.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS certification as applicable by Facility/by Department.
- Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
- Preferred experience: 1 year of acute care experience, certification in specialty area of practice.
- BSN degree.
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification or must obtain within six months of hire.
- OR: ACL certification.
