Becoming a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness means being part of a world-class fitness experience where you can impact the lives of our members and help them achieve life-changing results. Delivering predesigned workouts to groups of up to 30+ clients requires strong communication skills, knowledge of exercise technique, physiology, and body mechanics, as well as the ability to lead clients at all fitness levels.
You will be responsible for building OTF attendance and retaining current clientele, ensuring safety of participants, modifying specific exercises, and providing excellent customer service. The salary range for this position is $30,000 - $50,700 per year, based on location and experience. We also offer health, dental, and vision insurance, employee membership with unlimited workouts, paid time off, and flexible schedules.
