Quail Park of Lynnwood is a leading senior living community that offers a unique dining experience for its residents. Our team of culinary professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional service and cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Salary: $32-$35 per Hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our team as a key member of our Signature Dining Team. This role is responsible for supporting the Director of Signature Dining in creating and monitoring kitchen schedules, ensuring efficient meal preparation, service, and clean-up.

Job Description:
  1. Support the Director of Signature Dining in scheduling and assigning kitchen team members to ensure seamless meal operations.
  2. Maintain knowledge of current OSHA and local regulatory agency guidelines to ensure compliance.
  3. Train and direct kitchen team members during shifts, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  4. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  5. Familiarize yourself with menu planning and implementation, considering resident preferences and dietary needs.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of food service experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  2. Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or senior living settings is preferred.
  3. Demonstrated ability to create menus that cater to diverse tastes and nutritional requirements.
  4. Strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
