Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:
  • Generating and following up on leads to drive new membership sales
  • Retail sales and ongoing customer engagement
  • Community outreach to increase brand awareness and attract new leads

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
  • A proven track record of success in commission sales and excellent communication skills
  • A passion for health and fitness and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals
  • High energy and a positive, self-motivated attitude
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly and monthly sales quotas
