Job Overview

At Soar Autism Center, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to children with autism. As a Child Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in our mission-driven care model, working closely with our team of experts to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the highest standards of the profession
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification

Qualifications:

  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
