Job Overview

W3Global Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Programmer to join our Production Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our CNC machinery, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC machinery, including programming, setup, and operation.
  • Purchase tools and supplies for CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Design and optimize CNC programs for manufacturability and laser components, collaborating with our Operations Division Manager.
  • Consult with the Operations Division Manager on potential new system asset purchases to enhance advanced manufacturing capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems, such as Genius.
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • Proficient use of CNC applicable 3D solid modeling and programming software, including SolidWorks and Fusion 360.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
