We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at Burnham Elementary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders in students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct therapy to students individually or in small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom setting.
  • Provide training and resources to teachers and parents to support speech and language development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license and/or certification in speech-language pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting is highly desirable.
