Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will engage in a dynamic range of Clinical Operations tasks, which include:
- Coordinating patient appointment scheduling and admissions.
- Managing front desk reception duties.
Work Environment:
This role is based in a supportive clinic environment with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience with various Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous.
- At least one year of experience in scheduling is preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with the public and address customer inquiries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, necessary for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in data entry tasks.
