Nutrition Therapist Job Description

Unavailable is seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Therapist to join our team. As a Nutrition Therapist, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to patients in various settings, including inpatient wards and outpatient clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
  • Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
  • At least one year of experience in nutrition therapy or a related field.
