You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to tackling complex challenges faced by the Department of Defense (DoD) and effectively communicating analytical outcomes to leadership.

Your Role:

As an engineer with a strong foundation in complex systems, you will engage in modeling foreign threat radars, antennas, and communication systems. Your analytical skills will be essential in conducting detailed evaluations of airborne system detectability and survivability analyses for future combat scenarios. We value independent thinkers who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classified analyses of future threat and platform concepts for DoD clients.
  • Develop detailed models and simulations, utilizing programming languages such as Fortran, C++, MATLAB, and Simulink.
  • Evaluate tactics, techniques, and procedures to enhance system survivability against foreign threats.
  • Collaborate with a team to inform acquisition decisions for future systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in signal processing, including Fourier analysis, filtering, and digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms.
  • Proficiency in RF engineering.
  • Experience with programming in MATLAB, Java, C++, or Python.
  • Familiarity with military or commercial software-defined radios (SDRs).
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.
  • Knowledge of RF propagation, antennas, and modulation schemes.
  • Familiarity with X-midas and machine learning algorithms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
