Edgewood Properties, a prominent name in real estate development and property management since 1992, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Porter for our operations in Edison, NJ.
As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for individuals who are eager to contribute to our growth and success.
Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 11 PM to 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:
The role encompasses a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Performing general maintenance duties within the laundromat.
- Ensuring thorough cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
- Providing assistance and support to customers utilizing the laundromat services.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license or reliable means of transportation.
