Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of patient care within a healthcare facility. This role is essential in supervising and guiding nursing staff while ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff to maintain optimal patient care.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies.
  • Manage daily operations within the unit effectively.

Job Details:
  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Unit Manager
  • Shift: 8 Hours Day (No Weekends)
  • Contract Duration: 6 Weeks with potential for extension
  • Pay Rate: $2300 to $2700 Weekly + $1000 Completion Bonus

Requirements:
  • Valid RN state or Compact License
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
  • AHA BLS Certification
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
