Dental Care Leader

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our team at North Orange Family Dentistry as an Associate Dentist. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented group of dental professionals and make a meaningful impact on the oral health of our community.
Our practice prioritizes patient satisfaction and strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every individual. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, we are committed to remaining at the forefront of advancements in dental care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive dental treatment to patients, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic procedures.
- Supervise and mentor dental staff, including dental hygienists, dental assistants, and receptionists.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans and educate patients on oral health care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Stay abreast of new dental techniques and advancements by participating in continuing education opportunities.
- Uphold a clean and organized practice, ensuring all equipment and instruments are properly sterilized and maintained.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current state dental license in good standing.
- Proven experience in general dentistry, with proficiency in routine dental procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to providing high-quality dental care.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of dental professionals effectively.
