Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Sonography Specialist to join our team at Bryan Health. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a highly trained staff.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a qualified physician. This involves using advanced technology and techniques to acquire images and assist in the diagnosis of gynecological and fetal abnormalities.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of obstetric and gynecologic sonography principles and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures to include obstetrical, gynecological, interventional, and vascular studies related to Obstetrics.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient files, including medical history and test results.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the ultrasound procedure.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sonography techniques and technologies through ongoing education and training.
  • Support the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and infection control standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program.
  • Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with expertise in abdominal sonography.
  • At least two years of experience in clinical sonography, preferably in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
