Key Responsibilities:- Oversee routes and route associates to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Train associates on all three business lines to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Report to management on performance, KPIs, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Conduct site visits and client retention activities to build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist branches with grand openings and ensure compliance with local and national account standards.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve SSS/control V-9 (food waste, o/s, etc.) and drive incremental sales growth.
- Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale.
- Build retail pricing opportunities and encourage repeat sales through best practices and new product introductions.
- Drive compliance to merchandising standards and assess performance by location through audit reports.
- Perform the job functions of the Route Driver position, including driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products, render services, and fill and maintain vending and related equipment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years driving experience required, with a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and good driving record.
- Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Route management, retail, and merchandising experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
- Food and beverage experience.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Must be able to travel to client sites.
- Must be passionate about providing world-class service to our clients and customers.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
