Job Summary:
Rosendin Electric is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler III to join our team. This position is responsible for creating and managing 3D models using Autodesk Revit software, as well as supervising modeling and documentation efforts. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of Revit and experience working on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create project-specific families and views* Supervise modeling and documentation efforts* Lead and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery* Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with REI standards* Participate in quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness* Identify and resolve technical issues related to modeling and documentation

Requirements:
* Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or related field* Minimum 5 years of experience with Revit and electrical drafting conventions* Advanced knowledge of Revit software, including creation and manipulation of families, views, and sheets* Excellent communication and leadership skills* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle (or similar systems)* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines* Strong understanding of REI BIM processes and procedures* Fluency in reading 2D plans, electronically or hard copy
