Job Title: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This is a full-time, school-based position in Austin, TX, with all services provided via teletherapy.

About the Role:
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required.
