Job Summary
Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled Auto Painter Assistant to join our team in Clovis - North. As an Auto Painter Assistant, you will play a crucial role in preparing vehicles for painting in collaboration with the Auto Painter. Your duties will include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Auto Painter in preparing vehicles for painting
- Sand and buff surfaces to ensure a smooth finish
- Maintain the paint booth and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Nice to have: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
