The Neurology team at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital actively seeks a Full-Time Neurocritical Care Physician to join their group. The ideal candidate will have completed fellowship in ACGME or UCNS Neurocritical Care program, hold a license in an appropriate state, and be certified or board eligible in neurology, internal medicine, anesthesiology, or emergency medicine.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a group of six neurointensivists from neurology, anesthesia, and neurosurgery backgrounds. The Chair of Department is a neurointensivist, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
You will practice at a brand-new state-of-the-art facility, a not-for-profit Catholic institution affiliated with SSM Health. The position offers a semi-open ICU, academic appointment with Saint Louis University School of Medicine, and mainly night shifts (7p-7a). Schedule is negotiable, but at least 60% of clinic time will be nights.
A strong financial package is offered, including a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, CME allowance, and benefits starting within the first 30 days. Research opportunities are also available for those with an interest in research who have already shown early success.
In addition to these benefits, you will have the opportunity to teach medical students, residents, and fellows. You will work with a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services.
