Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary:

The Dishwasher position at Perry's Restaurant Group is a key role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the dish area is clean and sanitized, and that all equipment is properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitizing of dishes and utensils.
• Restock all plate ware and silverware on each station to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Monitor the dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
