Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Systems Engineer who excels in collaborating with consulting teams within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You will be responsible for overseeing intricate projects, demonstrating exceptional skills in communication, planning, monitoring, and managing project budgets, scope, timelines, risks, and resources. Your ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships is essential, as you will assess customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
This newly established position offers flexibility in work location. You will analyze detailed data, providing insights based on your understanding of processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deploying, modifying, monitoring, and maintaining both on-premise and cloud-based systems infrastructure.
- Integrating and sustaining cloud applications and systems.
Technical Environment:
- Cloud Solutions: Office 365, G Suite, OKTA SSO & MFA, Workspace One, AWS.
- Windows Systems Infrastructure: Active Directory, VMWare, Storage, Veeam.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS services.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining VMWare infrastructure.
- Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions such as NetApp.
- Proficiency in Veeam backup software installation and maintenance.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 and G Suite administration.
- Familiarity with Office 365 applications and Azure Directory.
- Experience with SSO/MFA integration across various cloud service providers.
- Knowledge of MDM solutions like Workspace One is advantageous.
- Proficient in Windows PowerShell related to Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in supporting Office 365 in medium-sized environments.
- Knowledge of email security practices.
- Exposure to AWS systems support and backup solutions is a plus.
- Experience in patch management and image building.
- Minimum of 5 years in Systems Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results efficiently.
