We offer a team-based model of care where the patient is the most important member of the healthcare team.

Job Summary

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will provide direct primary care health services, synthesizing and utilizing evidence-based practice, research, and current clinical knowledge. The APP will maintain an independent clinic schedule and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and supervising/collaborating physicians.

Responsibilities

  • Taking histories, conducting clinical assessments, and performing physical examinations
  • Ordering entry, clinical documentation, and interpreting diagnostic studies
  • Making clinical diagnoses, providing treatment, and evaluating care
  • Participating in on-call duties as assigned by practice

Requirements

This role requires a Master's degree with an Advanced Practice Nursing Focus and National Board Certification for APRNs, or a Master's degree with the appropriate National Certification for PAs. Current Ohio Board of Nursing license for APRNs and Ohio License 50RX for PAs are also required.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
