We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Shortage Control Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our stores.
As a Shortage Control Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to prevent theft and shoplifting. You will also engage with customers and associates to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess a knowledge mastery of top shortage areas and support programs aimed at theft reduction.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to safety and security standards, as well as excellent leadership skills that foster productive business relationships.
