The estimated annual salary for this position is $**220,000 - $280,000**, depending on experience and qualifications. This amount includes compensation for clinical work, call coverage, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform urogynecological procedures, including surgical interventions for pelvic floor disorders
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in hospital rounds, perform admissions, and provide call coverage as needed
  • Supervise APPs and ensure seamless handovers

Requirements:

  • Active WA medical license
  • Board certification in Urogynecology (BC/BE)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
