Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with Applebee's.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving profitability, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
