Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to work in our diagnostic imaging department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment, including CT scanners and other medical imaging devices.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal image quality.
  • Conduct imaging procedures, including CT scans, and ensure that images are of high quality and meet medical standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Imaging or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Diagnostic Imaging.
  • At least 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medical imaging principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
