Caregiver Responsibilities:
  • Offer companionship and respite care to clients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry, and general tidying of living spaces.
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, repositioning, and other necessary support.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and supervisors, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Accompany clients on errands as needed, such as grocery shopping or laundry.
Nurse Responsibilities (RN/LPN/GN):
  • Conduct in-home nursing visits at your convenience, offering flexibility with scheduling.
  • Manage medication administration and provide comprehensive nursing assessments.
  • Oversee and monitor the work of caregivers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Lead case openings and client meet-and-greets, establishing rapport and understanding individual needs.
  • Deliver training sessions to staff on various skills or conduct quarterly in-services to enhance their knowledge and abilities.

  • Possesses a genuine desire to help others and provide compassionate care.
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and understanding towards clients.
  • Maintains punctuality and adheres to a consistent work schedule.
  • Exhibits flexibility, professionalism, and resourcefulness in handling diverse situations.
  • Successfully passes a background screening with the Family Care Safety Registry.
