- Two years of LPN experience required.
- Two years of experience in assisted living or nursing home settings.
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
- Dedication to providing exceptional care and service to seniors.
