Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safety and comfort of students during their daily commutes.

What We Provide:

  • Hourly pay between $24 and $29
  • Sign-On Bonuses:
    • $3,000 for fully licensed drivers
    • $1,000 for those requiring training

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport children and other passengers to their destinations
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations to ensure the safety of students
  • Maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus
  • Ensure the safety of students while boarding and disembarking
  • Assist students as needed when getting on and off the bus
  • Engage positively with students during their journey
  • Complete assigned routes punctually
  • Conduct student checks after each route

Additional Duties Include:

  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
  • Stay alert to traffic and weather conditions to maintain passenger safety
  • Follow the established route and schedule for departures and stops
  • Participate in mandatory monthly safety meetings

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 23 years old
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of three years without interruptions
  • Maintain a clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic violations in the past three years
  • Willingness to pass a DOT physical examination
  • Must undergo a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

All drivers are subject to annual DOT physicals and random drug and alcohol testing.
