EagleCare LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that reflect current standards of nursing practice and company philosophy.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of qualified nurses to provide exceptional care and services.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations governing nursing practice in long-term care facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Indiana Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of three years' clinical experience in Geriatric or Gerontology, with a minimum of one year experience as a departmental manager of a long-term care facility.
- Knowledge of current Federal and State laws and regulations that apply to the practice of nursing in long-term care.
