About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Control team as a Quality Assurance Specialist - Automation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated testing frameworks, creating test cases and plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to support multiple applications
  • Create test cases and test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of software functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Maintain databases of known test defects and track progress to resolution
  • Actively participate in regular software deployments to validate new features and identify regressions
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a QA role with automation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience automating tests using frameworks like Selenium and Katalon
  • Experience designing test cases and plans for web applications and APIs (REST; Soap)
  • Experience with defect and issue tracking tools like JIRA
  • A working knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems, specifically AWS
  • A good communicator, comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
