Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting. As a CVICU RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our CVICU department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a team environment. As a CVICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered and document patient information
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current RN license in the state where you will be practicing
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a CVICU setting
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
