This role is a key part of our customer-facing team, responsible for preparing coffee shop beverages and food, operating cash registers, and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare coffee shop beverages according to set standards, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
• Prepare food items according to established procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate cash registers to process customer transactions, handling cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• Understand and communicate company programs, in-store specials, and coupons to customers, modeling high standards of service.
• Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines, Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations, and Guest Experience Guidelines.
