**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Drafter to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support to our customers, helping them identify the best product solutions for their projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining our technical services information database, providing design services, and working closely with our sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide technical support to customers, including identifying product solutions, advising on installation recommendations, and providing hydraulic information and advice.
• Maintain our technical services information database, including Dynamics and workstation organization.
• Provide design services, including layout drawings, part lists, and shop drawings for individual projects.
• Work closely with our sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

**Requirements**

• Associate degree in civil or mechanical engineering technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years related experience, including experience interpreting product design and layouts.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD 2021 or higher and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering construction documents.

**Compensation**

The salary for this position is $20-26 per hour.
