Preconstruction Specialist

Miranda Construction is seeking a talented Construction Cost Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our preconstruction department, you will play a critical role in accurately estimating costs for our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working as an estimator and possess excellent analytical and math skills. You will be responsible for analyzing labor, material, and time requirements for projects, preparing detailed cost estimates, and presenting findings to upper management.

• Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations
• Work closely with the design team to ensure constructability and cost control
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement solutions

• 2+ years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry
• Excellent analytical and math skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
