We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care
- Current Florida Registered Nurse licensure
- NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
- BLS certification
- Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
