Building Automation Solutions Designer

You will work closely with our team to identify potential opportunities, provide technical support throughout the sales process, and assist with qualification and scope development. Key responsibilities include designing and developing detailed schematic and construction drawings, calculating heat loss/gain to propose and design system solutions, and maintaining quality standards by visiting job sites and meeting with customers and vendors.
To succeed in this role, you will need a BSME or similar engineering degree, at least 8 years of experience in the building automation, electrical, and HVAC industry, and a valid driver's license. Experience with MS Office, AutoCAD, and ProCore is highly desirable, as is holding a Professional Engineering License (PE) in North Carolina.
