Exercise Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an Exercise Stretch Therapist at StretchLab - White Plains and Mt. Kisco.

About the Role

As an Exercise Stretch Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients, educating them on the benefits of stretching, and promoting a positive and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality stretch sessions to clients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Educate clients on stretching techniques and provide personalized guidance to help them achieve their movement goals.
• Assess client mobility and develop customized stretching plans to improve flexibility and range of motion.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a fitness or health environment, with a focus on hands-on bodywork.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Passion for movement, stretching, and flexibility, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
• Availability to work part-time (15 hours minimum) or full-time shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
