Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric needs, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in psychiatric nursing.
