Job Responsibilities:- Provide safe and effective care for clients based on individualized Plans of Care.
- Communicate promptly with the team regarding changes in patient medical status or emergencies.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide infusion therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and team case managers to ensure effective care.
- Current Nursing license in the state of Florida.
- Possess wound care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use electronic health records for documentation and communication.
