Position Overview

Role Summary

Centurion Managed Care is excited to announce our collaboration with the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction to deliver healthcare services at a newly established Long-Term Acute Care Unit.

We are in search of a full-time Nursing Supervisor to become an integral part of our healthcare team.

The Nursing Supervisor will operate under the guidance of the Nurse Administrator, overseeing nursing personnel. This role entails working within the LTAC/LTC environment alongside a diverse team to provide both direct and indirect nursing care to patients facing various physical and mental health challenges. Compliance with organizational policies and procedures is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in NC (or a compact state)
  • At least 1 year of full-time RN experience
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of two years of RN experience required
  • Preferred 3-5 years of Medical-Surgical experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Previous supervisory experience is mandatory
  • Capability to secure a security clearance, including a criminal background investigation

This is a full-time position requiring 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.
