About the Role

As a Clinical Paraeducator, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and behavioral growth of special education students. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans, provide behavioral support, and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with special needs
  • Assist with lesson planning, implementation, and data collection
  • Implement behavioral strategies to promote positive outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
