Essential Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a background in homecare, recruitment, and marketing. The Staffing Coordinator is tasked with the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for new personnel.

This role is vital for the sustained growth of the organization, contributing to employee retention, monitoring staff credentials, and ensuring that Azalea Home Care Inc. meets the needs and expectations of our clients.

We seek an individual who is capable of managing the responsibilities of this role and is eager to take on more duties as the demand for our services expands.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HOME CARE, BOTH IN OFFICE AND FIELD SETTINGS.

Our mission is to provide not only the necessary care for our clients but also to enhance opportunities for our current and future nursing staff.

In this capacity, you will assist in overseeing the various skilled and non-skilled care programs available.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating collaboration among team members and engaging with families and employees.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming communications through various channels.
  • Support the agency's marketing efforts, including crafting job postings and updating the open shift report.
  • Assist in organizing virtual job fairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of hires and non-hires through regular platform clean-ups.
  • Complete necessary documentation as outlined in the policy and procedures manual.
  • Conduct phone interviews, onboarding sessions, and follow-ups with new hires.
  • Perform weekly follow-ups with prospective applicants.
  • Utilize various platforms for managing inquiries and leads.
  • Conduct bi-monthly self-audits to ensure compliance.

  • Ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships.
  • Capability to work independently while also collaborating with team members.
  • Conduct meet-and-greet sessions with clients and nursing staff.
  • Adhere to all federal, local, state, and agency policies and procedures.
  • Perform credential verifications using available resources.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Research and propose strategies to enhance operational platforms.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical or health industry is required.
