Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health nursing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
