Job Description

As a Night Auditor at Parx Casino, you will be responsible for performing front desk duties and accounting-related tasks during the overnight shift. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check-in and Check-out: Perform all check-in and check-out related tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for guests.
  • Reservations and Guest Services: Manage online and phone reservations, welcome guests upon arrival, and assign rooms.
  • Accounting and Financial Tasks: Register guests, collect necessary contact information, inform customers of payment methods, and verify credit card information.
  • Guest Services and Support: Provide information about the hotel, promote additional services, and respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are clean and fully furnished, and confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP guests.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Experience: Experience as a Front Desk Specialist, Receptionist, or equivalent role preferred.
  • Skills: Familiarity with hotel reservation software, understanding of travel planning websites, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
