Your Role
As a Lead Front End Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of high-quality, user-centric interfaces for our software as a service (SaaS) offerings. Collaborating closely with design, product, and backend teams, you will ensure the delivery of seamless and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development
- Lead the design and development of user interface software that aligns with business goals.
- Create systems that prioritize performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Adopt security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Leadership
- Provide technical guidance in user interface development, mentoring team members, and making informed technology choices.

Experience and Knowledge
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, particularly in SaaS projects.
- Extensive experience in leading technical software design and development initiatives.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining enterprise web applications using Angular JS (version 9+), JavaScript, NodeJS, React, CSS, and HTML.
- Familiarity with backend languages and frameworks such as C#, .Net, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies like SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps methodologies.
