Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team at H&R Block. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools, preparing complete and accurate tax returns, and generating business growth.

As a Tax Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to grow your tax expertise and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive team.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients via phone, video, chat, or email
• Prepare and review tax returns for accuracy and completeness
• Generate business growth by offering additional products and services to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve office priorities

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Previous experience in customer service or retail environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
