Join CentraCare Health as a Patient Access Assistant

At CentraCare Health, we value the vital role our Patient Access Assistants play in providing exceptional service to our patients and visitors. As the initial point of contact, you will be responsible for various registration tasks within our healthcare facility.

This position demands a high level of independent analysis, sound judgment, and a thorough understanding of facility protocols related to your responsibilities. Key duties include:

  • Verifying patient and insurance details
  • Scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Collecting and confirming information necessary for generating billable patient accounts

Work Schedule:
Part-Time | 32 hours bi-weekly

Monday to Friday | Evening shifts from 2:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.

Includes weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay at $17.57 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Full-time benefits include:

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or customer service roles is required, or at least one year of experience in scheduling, billing, patient access, accounts receivable, or collections.
