Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop personalized intervention plans to address the specific needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses, to implement evidence-based behavioral support plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to the treatment team regarding behavioral strategies, crisis management, and de-escalation techniques.
  • Train staff members on the implementation of behavioral intervention plans and provide ongoing supervision and support.
  • Monitor and analyze data to track patient progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with patients' families to provide education, support, and guidance regarding behavioral management techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or education.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and MA License.
  • Experience working with individuals with dual diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavioral intervention plans.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.
